Privacy Policy for Ray MathSpeed

Ray MathSpeed (Ray 速算) is a mental-arithmetic practice app published by Spectrum Tech Consulting Company Limited. It is designed to work without an account and to keep learning records on the device.
Learning records stored on the device
The app can keep up to four anonymous local profiles. A profile contains an app-generated identifier, a selected Ray-family avatar, and an optional nickname. The app also stores answers and corrections, first-answer accuracy, response and completion times, attempts, earned stars, personal trends, skills to practise, and app settings.
These records are stored in the app’s local container so that the learner can see progress. Spectrum does not receive them.
No developer collection or tracking
The app has no account system, advertising, developer analytics, cross-app tracking, or cloud profile sync. It does not upload, export, share, or sell profiles, answers, attempts, or performance records, and it does not compare a learner with a school, age group, or public leaderboard.
Purchases
If a lifetime unlock is purchased or restored, Apple StoreKit communicates with Apple to process the transaction and confirm access. The app does not attach a child profile or learning record to that transaction. Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s own privacy terms.
Device access
The app does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Internet access is not required for arithmetic practice; it may be needed to load, buy, or restore an Apple in-app purchase.
Deletion and retention
Deleting a profile removes that profile and its learning records from the app on the device. Deleting the app removes its locally stored app data from the device. A lifetime purchase remains associated with the Apple Account and can be restored through Apple. Device backups are controlled by the user and Apple.
Children’s privacy
The app does not ask for a date of birth, school, real name, email address, phone number, or precise location. Because learning records stay on the device and are not sent to Spectrum, Spectrum does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
Changes and contact
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that change is released. Questions may be sent to spectrumwong@gmail.com.

端末内に保存する学習記録
匿名のローカルプロフィールを最大4件作成できます。プロフィールにはアプリが生成したID、選択したRayファミリーのアバター、任意のニックネームが含まれます。解答と訂正、初回正答率、応答・完了時間、挑戦回数、獲得スター、個人の傾向、強化したいスキル、アプリ設定も保存されます。
これらは進捗表示のためにアプリのローカル領域だけに保存され、Spectrumには送信されません。
開発者による収集・追跡なし
アカウント、広告、開発者向け分析、アプリ横断トラッキング、クラウドプロフィール同期はありません。プロフィール、解答、挑戦、学習成績をアップロード、書き出し、共有、販売することも、学校・同年代・公開ランキングと比較することもありません。
購入
永久アンロックの購入または復元時は、Apple StoreKitがAppleと通信して取引と利用権を確認します。子どものプロフィールや学習記録を取引に関連付けることはありません。購入情報はAppleのプライバシー条件に従ってAppleが処理します。
端末へのアクセス
連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、正確な位置情報へのアクセスは要求しません。暗算練習に通信は不要ですが、Appleのアプリ内購入の読み込み・購入・復元には通信が必要な場合があります。
削除と保持
プロフィールを削除すると、そのプロフィールと学習記録が端末上のアプリから削除されます。アプリを削除すると、アプリが端末内に保存したデータが削除されます。永久購入はApple Accountに紐づき、Apple経由で復元できます。端末バックアップは利用者とAppleが管理します。
子どものプライバシー
生年月日、学校、実名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報は求めません。学習記録は端末内に留まりSpectrumへ送信されないため、本アプリを通じて子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
変更とお問い合わせ

Ray MathSpeed (Ray 速算) est une app de calcul mental publiée par Spectrum Tech Consulting Company Limited. Elle fonctionne sans compte et conserve les données d’apprentissage sur l’appareil.
Données d’apprentissage sur l’appareil
L’app permet de créer jusqu’à quatre profils locaux anonymes. Un profil contient un identifiant généré par l’app, un avatar de la famille Ray et un surnom facultatif. L’app conserve aussi les réponses et corrections, la réussite au premier essai, les temps de réponse et de fin, les tentatives, les étoiles obtenues, les tendances personnelles, les compétences à travailler et les réglages.
Ces données restent dans l’espace local de l’app afin d’afficher les progrès. Spectrum ne les reçoit pas.
Aucune collecte ni aucun suivi par le développeur
L’app n’utilise ni compte, ni publicité, ni analyse développeur, ni suivi entre apps, ni synchronisation cloud des profils. Elle n’envoie, n’exporte, ne partage et ne vend aucun profil, réponse, essai ou résultat. Elle ne compare pas l’enfant à une école, une tranche d’âge ou un classement public.
Achats
Lors de l’achat ou de la restauration d’un déblocage permanent, Apple StoreKit communique avec Apple pour traiter la transaction et confirmer l’accès. Aucun profil enfant ni résultat d’apprentissage n’est joint à cette transaction. Apple traite les informations d’achat selon ses propres règles de confidentialité.
Accès à l’appareil
L’app ne demande pas l’accès aux contacts, photos, appareil photo, microphone ou position précise. Les exercices fonctionnent sans Internet ; une connexion peut être nécessaire pour charger, acheter ou restaurer un achat intégré Apple.
Suppression et conservation
Supprimer un profil efface ce profil et ses données d’apprentissage de l’app sur l’appareil. Supprimer l’app retire ses données locales de l’appareil. L’achat permanent reste associé au compte Apple et peut être restauré. Les sauvegardes de l’appareil sont gérées par l’utilisateur et Apple.
Vie privée des enfants
L’app ne demande ni date de naissance, ni école, ni nom réel, ni adresse e-mail, ni numéro de téléphone, ni position précise. Les données d’apprentissage restant sur l’appareil, Spectrum ne collecte pas sciemment d’informations personnelles d’enfants par l’intermédiaire de l’app.

Lernaufzeichnungen auf dem Gerät

Diese Daten liegen nur im lokalen App-Bereich, damit Lernfortschritte angezeigt werden können. Spectrum erhält sie nicht.
Keine Erfassung oder Nachverfolgung durch den Entwickler
Die App hat kein Kontosystem, keine Werbung, Entwickleranalyse, appübergreifende Nachverfolgung oder Cloud-Synchronisierung für Profile. Profile, Antworten, Versuche und Lernergebnisse werden nicht hochgeladen, exportiert, geteilt oder verkauft. Es gibt keinen Vergleich mit Schule, Altersgruppe oder öffentlicher Rangliste.
Käufe
Beim Kauf oder Wiederherstellen einer Dauerfreischaltung kommuniziert Apple StoreKit mit Apple, um die Transaktion zu verarbeiten und den Zugriff zu bestätigen. Kinderprofile und Lernaufzeichnungen werden nicht mit der Transaktion verknüpft. Apple verarbeitet Kaufinformationen nach seinen eigenen Datenschutzbedingungen.
Gerätezugriff

Eine Dauerfreischaltung bleibt mit dem Apple Account verbunden und kann über Apple wiederhergestellt werden. Gerätesicherungen werden vom Nutzer und von Apple verwaltet.
Datenschutz für Kinder
Die App fragt nicht nach Geburtsdatum, Schule, echtem Namen, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer oder genauem Standort. Da Lernaufzeichnungen auf dem Gerät bleiben und nicht an Spectrum gesendet werden, erhebt Spectrum über die App wissentlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern.
